We notify users when popular matcha products are back in stock on various websites. We do not sell matcha ourselves.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 18 to use our paid services.
• You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.
• You agree not to misuse the service (e.g., attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload it).

3. Payments

• Subscription payments are handled securely by Stripe.
• All prices are listed in USD, and may change with notice.
• No refunds are given for partially used billing periods unless required by law.

4. Notifications

We do our best to deliver alerts quickly, but we can't guarantee exact timing or availability of any product. Stock may sell out before you purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Matcha Alerts (including our name, logo, and website design) is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy or redistribute it without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Matcha Alerts is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for:

• Missed alerts or delays
• Sold-out products after an alert is sent
• Any issues with third-party websites or vendors
